We have provided each staff member with a questionnaire in which you will get an in-depth understanding of everyone and see who exactly they are in the dealership as well as out of it. We are proud to introduce you our New Cars Sales Manager, the committed and driven Lee Stoltz!

  1. Who are you, what do you do, where are you from and how would you describe yourself?
    My name is Lee Stoltz and I am born and raised in Durban. I would describe myself as very outgoing, love challenges and definitely more of the adventurous type.
  2. How long have you been in the motor industry and what is your previous experience?
    I started in the CMH Group in late 2009 and have worked at two CMH branches in total.
  3. What excites you about the Suzuki brand?
    Suzuki as a brand excites me as it appeals to such a large group of people as well as to all to different ages.
  4. Who or what inspires you?
    I enjoy meeting new, energetic and self-motivated people. As a first time father to a daughter, she inspires me to become the best I can be.
  5. What is your favourite place in the world and who would you take with you?
    Lesotho. I find the country amazing from its people to its scenery. When my daughter is old enough I would love to do a road trip with her and my partner.
  6. What is your favourite car-themed movie?
    Gone in 60 Seconds. It has brilliant actors and is a high-paced, action movie.
  7. Which four famous people would you invite to dinner?
    Marc Marquez, Valentino Rossi, Brad Binder, Travis Teasedale.
  8. What are some of your favourite hobbies or sports that you do out of the dealership?
    I have a passion for motorcycles, especially dirt bikes. I enjoy spending time outdoors.
  9. Do you have any hidden talents?
    They are called hidden for a reason!
  10. What are some of your ambitions with the motor industry?
    My ambitions are to continue growing within the motor industry, learning new aspects of the business in all its different departments.
  11. What are some of your dreams that you would like to achieve in your lifetime?
    One of my biggest dreams is to ride across America with a few of my close mates.
  12. How will you ensure that prospective Suzuki clients have the best experience possible?
    With the brand being so close to me, I would love to pass on the experience I expect to receive from a dealership. My team and I have one goal, to ensure total client satisfaction throughout and to provide the best Suzuki experience possible.

Rae Tupper – New Car Sales Executive

  1. Who are you, what do you do, where are you from and how would you describe yourself?
    My name is Rae, I have lived in the Durban suburbs my entire life. I would describe myself as very helpful and respectful.
  2. How long have you been in the motor industry and what is your previous experience?
    I have now been at CMH Suzuki Hillcrest for 3 months after matriculating from high school last year.
  3. What excites you about the Suzuki brand?
    Suzuki is an affordable brand that suits every age group. It’s a brand that people would be happiest and most excited about as it caters to everyone’s specific needs.
  4. Who or what inspires you?
    My passion lies within cars, especially high performance and exotic vehicles. They inspire me to work harder to achieve my dreams and goals.
  5. What is your favourite place in the world and who would you take with you?
    The place that I have wanted to travel to the most is Florida. I would take my mom and sister as they are my ‘rocks’ and my ‘go-to’s’ in life. I adore them so much so going to my favourite place would make the experience even that much better.
  6. What is your favourite car-themed movie?
    ALL of the Fast & Furious movies.
  7. Which four famous people would you invite to dinner?
    Sebastian Vettel, Justin Bieber, Celine Dion, Post Malone
  8. What are some of your favourite hobbies or sports that you do out of the dealership?
    I cook, play tennis as well as baby sit my little cousins as I adore babies/children. I have a passion for cars so going to car events is a big hobby of mine. I also love my music.
  9. Do you have any hidden talents?
    I have been dancing for 10 years. I started when I was three before stopping for a brief period. I have also done ballet and hip-hop dancing.
  10. What are some of your ambitions with the motor industry?
    I would love to expand my knowledge in the motor industry, to pursue my passion for cars and to meet new people.
  11. What are some of your dreams that you would like to achieve in your lifetime?
    I would love to buy my dream cars (VW Golf 7 R and BMW M2) as well as go to Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi. I would also like to pursue my passion of cars and working in the dealership – to hopefully owning my own one day.
  12. How will you ensure that prospective Suzuki clients have the best experience possible?
    One of the most important factors in a dealership and what I live by on a daily basis at CMH Suzuki Hillcrest is after-sales service and to always work to expanding my knowledge. This allows me to look after and assist every client and make sure that they are a friend for life.

    My name is Khanya Zulu and I am a New Cars Sales Executive for CMH Suzuki Hillcrest. I am originally from Montclair and I would describe myself as a calm, observant lady.
  2. How long have you been in the motor industry and what is your previous experience?
    I spent 4 years with Toyota. Toyota taught me a number of lessons and what the motor industry is at large.
  3. What excites you about the Suzuki brand?
    Suzuki provides cars that are funky and priced correctly and cater for everyone, adults and youth alike.
  4. Who or what inspires you?
    Connie Ferguson – South African Actress, Director, Producer, Mom, Wife, Boss!
  5. What is your favourite place in the world and who would you take with you?
    Cape Town. I will definitely take my son with me.
  6. What is your favourite car-themed movie?
    ALL of the Fast & Furious movies.
  7. Which four famous people would you invite to dinner?
    Connie Ferguson, Basetshana Kumalo, Nomzamo Mbatha, Anel Mdoda
  8. What are some of your favourite hobbies or sports that you do out of the dealership?
    Cooking, baking, jogging and playing soccer with my son.

    Yes, cooking and baking.
  10. What are some of your ambitions with the motor industry?
    I would love to explore every department within the dealership as I would like to be exposed to a dealer principal position one day.
  11. What are some of your dreams that you would like to achieve in your lifetime?
    Since I have a passion for cooking, I would love to have my own cook book that would be published worldwide.
  12. How will you ensure that prospective Suzuki clients have the best experience possible?
    I pride myself on giving great service while always doing it with a smile and making sure that everyone has fun and enjoys themselves.

The month of March was very busy yet been extremely successful at CMH Suzuki Hillcrest. March offered the first chance to get out and showcase ourselves to the Upper Highway community by hosting a display at Hillcrest Corner.

Hillcrest Corner is among the most popular shopping centres in the area and provided a fantastic setting. The display prompted the general public to take time out of their grocery shopping and take an in-depth look at two of our most prized vehicles; the Suzuki Vitara and Suzuki Ignis. Both these incredible vehicles showcase the sensational build-quality that Suzuki is renowned for in both SUV’s and hatchbacks.
